Privacy policy
GeoSystems Studio respects user privacy and processes only the data required for app operation, access checks, payments, support and product improvement.
1. Data that may be processed
- technical Device ID for licensing and access checks;
- app name, app version, interface language, installation date and last activity date;
- access status, access expiration date and access check count;
- technical data related to errors, instrument connection, total station commands and responses, when such logic is used in the app;
- email address and message text when the user contacts support.
2. Purposes of processing
- activation and verification of PRO access;
- payment and refund processing;
- user support;
- diagnostics of errors, Bluetooth/USB connection and total station operation;
- improvement of apps, interface, calculations and stability.
3. Field and project data
Coordinates, projects, DXF files, survey points, elevations and other user work data are usually stored on the user's device. The apps are not designed to transfer project files to GeoSystems Studio servers unless the user sends data to support.
4. Transfer to third parties
Data may be transferred to payment services, hosting providers, infrastructure services and technical contractors only to the extent required for app operation, payment, licensing and support.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored as long as necessary for access operation, obligations, user support and legal requirements. The developer takes reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
