Payment and refunds
GeoSystems Studio uses time-limited PRO access without auto-renewal. The user selects the app, access period and device to which access is bound.
1. Payment
- The access price is shown in the app, on the payment page or in official GeoSystems Studio materials.
- Payment may use the Device ID displayed in the app.
- Before payment, the user should verify the app, device and Device ID.
- After successful payment, access is activated automatically or manually after payment confirmation.
2. Auto-renewal
PRO access is not an auto-renewing subscription. After the period expires, access ends and the user may purchase a new period manually.
3. Refunds
A refund may be reviewed if access was not activated, was activated by mistake or there are technical reasons preventing app use. Each request is reviewed individually.
4. When a refund may be declined
- the user entered an incorrect Device ID;
- access was activated and used;
- the issue is caused by incorrect source data, project errors, instrument settings or equipment specifics;
- the user used the app in violation of the offer.

Please provide the app name, Device ID, payment date, payment amount, reason and contact email. Contact: geosystemsstudio@yandex.ru.
