Public offer

This document is a public offer by GeoSystems Studio to conclude an agreement under the terms below. The user accepts these terms by installing an app, using an app, requesting access, making a payment or otherwise using GeoSystems Studio apps and services.

1. Terms

• Apps means GeoSystems Studio mobile apps, including TS Go!, Nivelir and other apps published by the developer.
• User means a person who installs or uses the apps.
• PRO access means access to paid app features for a selected period without auto-renewal.
• Device ID means a technical identifier used to bind access to a specific device.

2. Subject

GeoSystems Studio grants the user a simple non-exclusive license to use the apps. Available functions, free limitations, paid features and access period are defined in the relevant app, payment page or official developer information.

3. Access procedure

• PRO access is provided for the period selected by the user.
• Access is not an auto-renewing subscription. After the period expires, the user may purchase new access manually.
• Access may be bound to a Device ID. The user must carefully check the Device ID before payment.
• Access is activated automatically or manually after payment confirmation.

4. Price and payment

The access price is shown in the app, on the payment page or in official GeoSystems Studio materials. Payment is processed through connected payment services. Payment is considered completed after successful confirmation by the payment service.

5. App use

• The user is responsible for the correctness of source data, coordinates, elevations, total station or optical level settings, project files, DXF files and field measurement results.
• The apps are auxiliary tools for surveying, construction, stakeout, field survey, construction layout and control. The user must verify results according to job requirements, regulations and safety rules.
• It is prohibited to modify the apps, bypass access checks, distribute modified versions or infringe the developer's rights.

6. Limitation of liability

GeoSystems Studio is not liable for errors caused by incorrect source data, incorrect instrument setup, project errors, Bluetooth/USB connection failures, equipment faults, user errors, device issues, operating system issues or third-party services.

7. Updates

The developer may release updates, change the interface, add, modify or remove functions, fix errors and develop the apps. Some functions may be refined based on field tests and user feedback.

8. Refunds

The refund procedure is described on the “Payment and refunds” page. Requests are reviewed individually depending on the reason, access status and actual app use.
